Q: I think there is a problem with my Guard IT Livedrive software, what is the first thing I should do?
A: The Guard IT Livedrive Control Panel has a built in repair tool that detects, and then fixes any problems that may occur.
To run the repair tool launch the Livedrive Control Panel from the shortcut on your desktop. Select the Advanced tab and then the Maintenance tab. Now click Run.
The repair tool usually takes around 15 minutes to complete and the machine must be left idle whilst it completes the tool completes the repair.
